Tippr is a platform that allows Creators to receive tips and donations from fans and Supporters. We provide the technology to connect Creators and Supporters, but we are not a financial institution, bank, creditor, or payment processor. All financial transactions are processed by our third-party payment partner, Stripe.

3. Account Creation and Eligibility

4. Acceptable Use

• Violence or gore
• Harassment or bullying
• Terrorism and extremism
• Drug trafficking
• Illegal weapons manufacturing or distribution
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Fraud and scams
• Misinformation
• Spam or unsolicited promotional material
• Malware or viruses

4.4. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these Terms or our Content Guidelines.

4.5. You agree not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Tippr.

4.6. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Tippr, including any Creators or activities you support through our platform, complies with these Terms and our Usage Guidelines.

4.7. Tippr reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Tippr's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, suspending or terminating the account of such violators and reporting them to law enforcement authorities.

4.8. You agree to promptly report any violations of these Terms or our Usage Guidelines that you become aware of by contacting us at support@tippr.one.

5. Reporting Prohibited Content

5.5. Please note that while we value your input, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome for every report, and we may not be able to share the details of our actions due to privacy considerations.

5.6. False or malicious reporting is a violation of these Terms and may result in action against your account.

5.7. Tippr reserves the right to not take action on a report if, in our sole discretion, we determine that no violation has occurred.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.4. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, without prior notice. If we remove your content, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the reason for removal and provide you with an opportunity to appeal this decision.

7. Payments and Fees

7.1. Tippr charges a fee of 1.5-5% on incoming payments to Creator accounts. The exact fee may vary based on factors such as transaction type, volume, and other considerations. You will be informed of the applicable fee at the time of transaction. This fee structure may change, and we'll provide notice of any changes.

7.2. All financial transactions are processed by our third-party payment partner, Stripe. By using Tippr, you agree to Stripe's terms of service as well.

7.3. You are responsible for paying all taxes on any earnings you receive through Tippr. We strongly advise you to consult with a tax professional to understand your tax obligations, especially if you're not familiar with tax requirements for income received through tips or donations.

7.4. Creators can withdraw funds instantly or within 24 hours, provided they have reached the minimum threshold of $10. This threshold may vary depending on local regulations and applicable exchange rates, and you will be informed of the applicable threshold for your account.

7.5. We are not responsible for any payment disputes between Creators and Supporters.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tippr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9.4. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification
