For All Users:

  • Usage data, such as IP addresses, device information, browser type, and other data collected through analytics and tracking applications.

For Supporters:

  • Personal identifiers, such as email addresses and phone numbers.
  • Payment information (processed and stored by our payment partner, Stripe).
  • Information about the Creators you support and your interactions with them.

For Creators:

  • Personal identifiers, such as name, email address, and phone number.
  • Payment information for receiving funds.
  • Content you create and share on our platform.

Please note that while we facilitate the collection of Know Your Customer (KYC) information through our partner Stripe, we do not retain this information ourselves.

  • Creators: When you support a Creator, certain information (such as your name and email address) is shared with them to facilitate the transaction and allow them to fulfill any obligations to you.
  • Stripe: Our payment processing partner, for the purpose of processing payments and conducting KYC checks.
  • Service providers: Acting as our processors who provide IT and system administration services.
  • Professional advisers: Including lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers.
  • Regulators and authorities: Who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Within our company, only engineers and executives responsible for specific operations have access to user data, and this access is strictly limited to what is necessary for their roles.
